Cynthia Rocha

Speaker | Corporate Trainer | Activist

Cynthia Rocha has been a voice for change, diversity, equity and inclusion across the United States for over two decades. Her passion and work have allowed her to share her message of inspiration and hope in front of various audiences, from company executives to some of America’s neediest communities, working with parents and educators.

As a proud daughter of migrant farmworkers, Cynthia learned the value of hard work and ethics. She has worked extremely hard to be a well-known and respected diversity consultant, sharing her insight with over 20 years of retail operation management experience.

For Rocha, it is all about H3-Head/Heart/Hand. EQ vs. IQ. Individuals will not change their behavior (Hands) with just information (Head). Transformation occurs when individuals have intellectual and emotional buy-in (Heart).

Rocha's expertise in diversity management, training and development, public relations, and multi-cultural marketing help companies, non-profits, and school districts mobilize their commitment and support for diversity into concrete, measureable actions.

Rocha received her BBA from Baylor University and an MBA from Our Lady of the Lake University and serves her community by sitting on numerous boards at the local and state level. Some of the list include the Inclusion Initative Advisory Board for the Edwards Aquifer Authority of San Antonio and Chair of the Professional Development Committee for the Greater San Antonio Advisory Board of the Texas Diversity Council. She also serves as a consultant to the National Diversity Council.

Rocha shares her experiences in climbing the corporate ladder with her unique outlook and life experiences. Her presentations offer her wisdom and knowledge, where her audiences are left feeling inspired and empowered!

When she is not traveling or speaking virtually, she is spending as much time with her family, her husband Robert, and their two beautiful children, Antonio Daniel and Catalina Paloma.
