You will never meet anyone more loving and kind than Roy's mother. She is always smiling, laughing, and helping others. However, when you look into her eyes you know there is a story filled with hurt, fear, and regret. Regardless, this amazing woman chooses to keep smiling. She finds the most joy in spending time with her children!

If you have heard The Roy Juarez, Jr., Story, it might be a little hard to believe some of the decisions she made in her life. Heck, she finds it hard as well. It is still very difficult for her to sit through one of Roy's presentations and relive the horror that almost took her life and destroyed her relationship with her children.

They all have come to understand one of life’s greatest lessons. A lesson that reunited their family and love for each other, this lesson was forgiveness. While she was running for her life the fear and pain clouded her judgment. She was so broken in her heart and mind that she made mistakes, but who hasn't? As a family, they've chosen not to live in the past but focus on creating a better today and future.

Today Momma Amy, (which is how we all refer to her) thanks God every day for sparing her life and healing her family. She is happily married, a grandmother, and "according to Roy" she loves him the most!

We love you, Momma Amy!

You strength and decisions that you made were so bold and amazing in Roy's story. You have a great determination and i am so glad to hear that you are out of that tough spot you were in. I am so
sorry you had to gothrough that but because of your son's story, i was touched with my life events very similar to his and understood the message. I am now staying strong and hope to do the same that
your son is doing today. You have a very blessed family and may that keep going.
